Information you provide
When you place an order, create an account, join our newsletter or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and the content of any message you send.
Order and payment information
Orders and payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We receive the details needed to fulfil your order, such as what you bought and where to send it. We do not see or store your full card details.
Website usage data
Like most websites, we may collect information about how the site is used — such as pages visited, device type and approximate location — to keep the shop working and improve it. Optional analytics are only used if you allow them.
Marketing consent
We will only send marketing emails if you have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@luarmirobooks.com.
Shopify and service providers
We use trusted service providers to run the shop, including Shopify (website, checkout, accounts and orders), payment providers, and our printing and delivery partners. They only receive the information they need to provide their service and must protect it.
