These terms apply when you use the Luarmiro Books website or buy from us. Luarmiro Books is based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please use this website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, copy its content for commercial use or access it in unauthorised ways.

We aim to describe and show our books accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed book.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly, we will contact you before processing your order.

After you order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Your contract with us begins when your order is accepted and processed. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable — if so, you will not be charged.

Payment is taken securely through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

All books are subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

Please see our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

All Luarmiro Books content — including book designs, illustrations, text, logos and images — belongs to Luarmiro Books. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission. Colouring pages are for personal, non-commercial use.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
